Getting your own HAN Website Page

If you are a HAN member and an active artist or craftsperson, you are entitled to an Artist page of your own.

To see example Artist pages just select “Artists” from the menu at the top of any page in the site to see the list of artists and click on an artist.

Content guidelines:

Email your full name, your biography including any accolades, and a selection of up to 6 images which reflect the breadth of your work. Also include all your contact details – phone, fax, skype, email, website – and details for any arts organizations you are involved with, galleries at which you exhibit and any associated businesses you run.

If you have a current exhibition which we have not listed, please let us know. Exhibitions display on both the current exhibitions pages and the associated Gallery page, and these will also be linked automatically to your Artists page.

Don’t forget your stockists and any online stores, like ebay or etsy, which you sell through, making sure that these are currently stocking your items for sale.

Send images in jpg, gif or png (not bitmap) formats in the largest sizes you can transmit. All additional text, flyers or workshop information should either be in the email as plain text or attached to an email as word or pdf documents.

Email everything to webadmin@hunterartsnetwork.org and we’ll have your pages set up within a few business days.

Advertise your Workshops

If you are teaching or hosting workshops, please forward the full information with images, and your flyers in either pdf or doc format.

Again, just Email the details, flyers and images to webadmin@hunterartsnetwork.org and we’ll have your workshop up on the site within a few business days.

Organization Web Pages on the HAN Website

If your organisation is not currently a member of the Hunter Arts Network,

If your organization is a current HAN member, you are also entitled to an Organization page. Click on Organizations in the top menu and then select The Arts Emporium or just click here to see an example organization page.

We will link to any other pages you have on the HAN site – artists pages, workshops, exhibitions etc – and we will link to your organization’s web site also.

If you are an Art Gallery, we will set up a Gallery page (see the gallery option in the top menu) and all exhibitions for that gallery will display there, as well as on the Exhibitions pages.
