Sun, Silk & Surf

Sensual silk meets sun and surf in a new exhibition by local artist Susan Weaver opening at Timeless Textiles Gallery. Better known in the Hunter for her evocative landscapes, which are exhibited regularly at Cooks Hill Galleries, Susan has branched out to create a range of clothing for the Sun, Silk and Surf exhibition.

Felt & Found student exhibition

Open from Wednesday 18 to Sunday 22 November.  The exhibition will have an official closing ceremony to be held by Brett Alexander at 11.30am Sunday 22nd November.

From the seashore to the forest, to the fashion catwalk, the diverse works created by University of Newcastle students using the ancient craft of felting will amaze those who visit the exhibition of their work opening at Newcastle’s at Timeless Textiles Gallery
