A tree changed to Murrays Beach was the inspiration for Karen to have a career change and live her dream. Founded with a passion for handcrafted artistry, ‘The Art Narrative’ is a space where unique and heartfelt pieces are created- each telling a story through texture, colour and natural elements. The intricate process involves gathering foliage, preparing paper or fabric, and incorporating elements like onion skins and rusty nails into the water. The pieces are steamed for at least 1.5 hrs. ‘The journey culminates in a reveal that captures the essence of the materials used. Whether it’s a piece infused with leaves from a special place or a custom commission that celebrates a cherished moment, her botanical prints are personal, emotional and deeply meaningful.
