Artist collective HoboTechno are celebrating experimental & digital arts by producing a public art event ‘Digital Civics’. An installation of new media performance, sound and interactivity taking temporary residence in various under-utilised locations across Newcastle CBD. Supported by Newcastle City Council’s Make Your Place community grant program and NewcastleNOW.
