We will be announcing applications for stallholders and food trucks soon for Art Bazaar 2026. Only approved financial HAN members are eligible for a stall
New members are also welcome to apply. Annual Membership fees:
Individuals $75.00
Groups of 3 or less $100.00
Large groups $120.00
This membership fee also includes:
– eligibility for a stall at Art Bazaar
– your public liability insurance for your stall at Art Bazaar
– assistance to unload and re-load your vehicle (thanks to Newcastle Men’s Shed)

Price increase
Please be advised Hunter Arts Network is slightly increasing membership fees and stallholder fees from 1 January 2026. We are a non profit incorporated organisation however we need to ensure we can sustain regretfully needing to cancelling and re-scheduling events in recent years and other rising costs. Our previous increase which was only our second ever increase was in 2019.
The annual cost for membership will be changing as follows:
Individuals from $65.00 to $75.00
Groups of 3 or less from $90.00 to $100.00
Large groups, galleries, businesses or community organisations from $110.00 to $120.00
The stallholder fees for members and food and coffee vans will be changing as follows:
All other markets from $70.00 to $75.00
Christmas market from $80.00 to $85.00
