Felt artist Sachiko Kotaka calls on her Japanese heritage and her 20 years of felt-making experience to create an inspiring new exhibition, Tactile Explorations, opening soon at Newcastle’s Timeless Textiles Galley.

The exhibition incorporates two parts of Sachiko’s work – her latest creations and some older works from her personal collection – united by their use of innovative techniques and exploration of tacility.

View Tactile Exploration from 15 June  until 10 July, with an official opening on 16 June (6 – 8pm).
