Hunter Arts Network Named Local Donation Partner of NSW Government’s Return & Earn Scheme
The Hunter Arts Network is proud to be selected as one of the local donation partners of the NSW Government’s Return & Earn Scheme, a recycling program currently being established at over 500 locations across NSW.
Anyone who returns an eligible drink container through a reverse vending machine will receive a 10-cent refund and have the option to donate the refund to the charity of their choice at the collection point.
Most drink containers between 150 millilitres and three litres that are purchased in NSW can be returned through Return and Earn. The scheme will help to reduce litter in the environment and aims to achieve a 40 per cent reduction in litter volume by 2020.
Hunter Arts Network will be participating from 28 May – 26 August 2018.
Hunter Arts Network will be displayed on the following Reverse Vending Machines:
Woolworths Jesmond, 28 Blue Gum Rd
Woolworths Swell Storage, 4 Gross Street, Carrington
Woolworths Mayfield, Maitland Rd & Valencia St
