Life and Line is the first mark and the last — the edge where clay remembers the hand that shaped it, the stroke where paint holds its breath.
This exhibition brings together ceramic form and painted surface as two ways of giving shape to what moves through us.
In clay, line lives in contour, seam and crack, revealing the movement of the hand and the nature of earth. In painting, line is gesture — creating boundaries, rhythm and space, allowing an inner world to emerge.
Together, these works explore the space between control and accident, earth and air, breath and gesture — and the marks we leave behind.
