Gallery Shop Award Exhibition March 25 to April 10, 2011

Join us at the opening at Back to Back Galleries at 6pm on Friday, March 25 for the announcement of the winning entries.

This award exhibition, featuring the work of members of Newcastle Studio Potters Inc., takes place during The Newcastle Region Gallery exhibition LESS IS MORE: Morandi and Hanssen Pigott (5 March to 8 May 2011).

The ceramic work of Gwyn Hanssen Pigott who “explores her pots like a wanderer in the landscape” and carefully selects groups of pots that she refers to as “landscapes” is the inspiration for participating artists.
