The time has come to register for Winter Art Bazaar, being held at Maitland Regional Art Gallery on Sunday 10th of June. The hours at this stage are 9 -3, however being winter we may review this to 9.30 – 3.

To register for Winter Art Bazaar, if you have already had a stall in either Dec 2011 or Autumn 2012 Art Bazaar just email Leah at artbazaar@hunterartsnetwork.org.

If you are a new stallholder then use the registration link below. Once you have registered we will send a confirmation letter with details on how to pay for your stall fee. Please be prompt in paying. As site numbers are limited, it will be a first in, first serve basis for registering for the stall sites. If you need a corner site please include that request in your registration as there are a number of corner sites.

Register for Art Bazaar Winter 2012

We are using the grounds of this amazing gallery which is relatively limited in space. I have measured the grounds, and put it down in scale and have counted 74 3 x 3 metre stall sites. We usually try to give you at least half a metre either side of your stall site, however this site is more restricted so there won’t be any spacings between the stalls.

We will be asking the on site cafe to put on some extra art Bazaar food…. (soups and bread roll that sort of thing).

And we will look into some roving entertainment to keep the day fun.

Also there will be a demonstration area, so please register your interest in demonstrating.
